Terms Of Services - Shine Again Auto Detailing

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Shine Again Auto Detailing and constitute a binding agreement between the customer and Shine Again Auto Detailing. By booking an appointment or utilizing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Appointment Booking, Deposits, and Cancellations

  • Deposits (Non-Refundable): All deposits paid to secure an appointment or service date are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date if the reschedule is requested at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Late Arrival Policy (No-Show): Appointments have a strict grace period of 30 minutes. If a customer arrives 30 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show. The appointment will be automatically canceled, and the full non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to the service time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Media Release and Usage

  • Photo and Video Rights: The customer grants Shine Again Auto Detailing full and unrestricted rights to take photographs and videos of the vehicle before, during, and after any service. The customer agrees that these photos and videos may be used for social media, website content, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation to the customer.

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Service Agreement

  • Preparation: The customer is responsible for removing all valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to the service appointment. Shine Again Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
  • Waiver of Liability: The customer understands that paint correction, pressure washing, and detailing services carry inherent risks. The customer agrees that Shine Again Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose trim, weakened clear coat, aftermarket components).

Governing Law
