Do You Offer A Waiting Room?
Yes, we offer a comfortable, dedicated client lounge. You are welcome to wait for your vehicle and enjoy our amenities, which include a 65-inch TV, self-serve coffee and water, and a dedicated area for you to work on your laptop.
Do You Have A Night Drop?
Yes, we offer a night drop box. Some jobs we may ask to see the vehicle ahead of time to prevent unexpected expences.
How Long Does The Service Take?
Service duration is determined by the selected package and the current state of the vehicle. We will provide a esitmated time estimate when you book your appointment.
How Can I Pay?
We accept payments via cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Please note that all prices quoted reflect our cash discount. Card payments will incur a small processing fee, which will be itemized at the time of checkout.
Do You Require A Deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied directly to your final service invoice. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the deposit serves as a booking guarantee and will not be refunded.
